Anything w a P: prunes, prune juice, pears, pear juice, peaches, peas, pineapple. Also for us sweet potatoes work really well (just steam some). Prune juice works the best. Leafy greens, lots of water.

we do prune juice or apple juice, or I have her eat pears. One of those three usually gets her to go.
