My daughter father says im not the best example for our daughter because i have another child with someone else and currently pregnant again. What do you ladies think. im sure this wont affect me in court.

Sounds to me like he’s just trying to affect your self esteem. Tell him you don’t care what he thinks of you and that a judge can make that decision.
