My little boy is gonna be one in just over 7 weeks.

I want to throw him a small party

We cannot have it in our home or anyone else’s so we will have to rent out a small hall.

Our budget is only a few hundred pounds

It will be mainly family.

Only a couple of babies and a few under 10yr olds

Please help me I’ve never planned anything like this.

Where do I start?

What sort of cake can a 1 year Old have?

Do I need to do games?

Music?

What food should I do?

I don’t know what he will be eating at that point as we have only just moved onto regular food from purees/mashed. He will eat anything though

I saw a rental for a peppa pig toddler bouncy castle and soft play with ride ons for £100 which seems reasonable.

Does that sound like a good idea?

Do I have to have a theme?
