Constantly feeling ill.
Does anyone know how to get rid of genuine unwell-ness? I had what I assume was a virus two weeks ago and I haven’t felt right since; every inch of me aches every moment of the day, I’m sleeping so much, I’m moody and emotional, I’m always thirsty, I have a blocked nose and a cough, and I’ve been feeling nauseas the past few days. I just want it to go away now so I don’t hurt every time I move. I know I’ll probably get told to go to the doctors but that’s always my last option. Any natural healing methods would be appreciated.
