Omg I took 2 pills

I have hashimotos hypothyroidism, and today I accidentally took my 50mcg levothyroxine twice. I usually religiously take it first thing in the morning, but I’ve been so hungry in the mornings lately (you can’t eat for 30 minutes after you take it) that I’ve been ‘cheating’ and taking it between 3-5am when I get up to use the bathroom, and going back to bed. I didn’t think I did that this morning so I took it when I got up for the day at 7. But now I’ve had a raging headache all day which means I’m 99% sure I took 2. (I never get headaches, but I do with levothyroxine dose changes). Does anyone else take synthetic thyroid meds? I’ve had a miscarriage in the past due to thyroid issues so now I’m freaking out I messed everything up 😩
