advice pleaseeeee

so i met a man online. things were going good till i assumed he lost interest in me as he went MIA on me for a couple days and i cut him off we didnt get far relationship wise and when he expressed interest in me sexually i freaked out. he felt like he couldnt talk to me openly. so i quit him before he could quit me... stupid i know but the truth is i really liked him and i simply overreacted. i tried to reach out to him to start over but he has yet to respond back. what more can i do to get him back... should i try again or stop before i make a fool of myself? i admit i dont have much experience sexually so when he mentiond sex and all the things hes wanted to do, i panicked... im a mess, i feel so stupid.
