Not implantation because I know my body and it’s timing/type of spotting I get before af. I totally thought this was our month, with good sperm count at IUI, & we bd a lot around ovulation time so I thought there is no way it wouldn’t happen this month. We did it natural this cycle because I ovulate on my own, and the trigger shot gave me really bad back pain last month. My concern is that we have “unexplained infertility”..

I was more devastated then any other month. We have been trying for over a year and truly feeling hurt and disappointed this time. Especially because I was on vacation all weekend and didn’t drink in the hopes that we were pregnant.
