Early ultrasound??

So, I recently had a miscarriage and I’m pregnant again. Needless to say, I am very nervous. I have an appointment the end of next week for my first ultrasound but I’m getting very apprehensive. I work at a health clinic and we have an ultrasound machine but I have no experience using it. I have not told anyone I’m pregnant again yet because I don’t want to have to go through the distress of everyone finding out and then having to tell people I miscarried... Should I confide in someone at work that does ultrasounds to try to take a secret sneak peek? I’m afraid of word leaking out but I would feel so much better if I knew SOMETHING was in my uterus this time.... what do you all think?

For those asking, I’m 7 weeks today but wouldn’t try until I’m close to 8 weeks. My appointment isn’t until close to 9 weeks. My boss would be cool with it. I just don’t want word to get out to EVERYONE again. That’s all. Thanks for your advice.
