I think I made a mistake, Advice please

I sent this to a guy I’d been talking to because it’s true - I was raised abstinence-only and believed I’ll go to Hell if I had premarital sex. I’ve also been abused. I’m already starting to regret sending it though 😭 I DO want to be with him but I’m not going to say so until I’m 100% sure and ready. How should I tell him when I’m ready so that he doesn’t feel like I’m jerking him around?
