Help! I need to drop 5-10 lbs
I can’t drop any weight I am stuck at 150 pounds but I really need to drop another 5-10 lbs I have kept to my diet that helped me drop to 150 continued the same work out and I can’t drop it. What workouts and/diets have you guys done that is easy to manage with 2.5 year old and almost 1 year old? Please any help will be great!!
