12 week ultrasound- not much movement

Hi ladies! I went in for my ultrasound today at 12 weeks and 3 days. I was so looking forward to going in to the appointment and seeing my baby jump around and be active... The ultrasound tech said that I have a retroverted uterus, so it was going to be harder to see the baby since it’s this early in the pregnancy. From what we did see, the baby was very still, only twitching a couple of times. The heart beat was 172, and I’m sure that since the ultrasound tech & the doctor said everything is “perfect,” that everything is fine. My question is: was anyone else’s baby super still during their 12 week appointment? My anxiety is ridiculous. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
