Pregnancy symptoms at 2 weeks?

Hey! So I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago and all my pregnancy symptoms went away completely! now I have most all of the symptoms again and I am confused if you can actually feel symptoms at 2 weeks pregnant or not? We hope we’re pregnant again! But trying not to get our hopes up. Had this happened to anyone else??

It’s honestly not likely to happen that fast. I would also recommend waiting at least a couple period cycles after a miscarriage to get pregnant again, your body needs time to heal. I know it’s hard to wait but you need time physically and emotionally, when I had my MC my doctor recommended that and told me it would be easier to get pregnant in the months following my MC and that I was more likely to have a healthy full term pregnancy.
