First ultrasound. No heartbeat at 7 weeks

Hey ladies anyone else go through this? I need some positive vibes. I went in for my first ultrasound today. Doctor was able to find a picture of the yoke sac. She messasured me to be about 7 weeks but was disappointed to not find a heartbeat. I'm going back in 9 days to have another ultrasound to see if we find one then. She talked more of a possible misscarage then of finding a heartbeat at next visit. We want this so bad and I'm trying to have positive thoughts. This has been 5 years in the making. I feel like a fool for telling friends and family about our pregnancy as we were so excited.
