Acne/makeup help!

I've had acne for the last 9 years or so and I still have it at 26 weeks pregnant. My skin looks shot all of the time and I really do take good care of it. My question is for treatment help especially while pregnant and a good foundation to cover that won't cake up or look like I'm a clown. PS it's mostly around my mouth area and yes I have changed lip balms and chapsticks multiple times just in case that was the culprit. No luck. I would really just like to feel decent looking again for once and honestly that would be my face looking fresh. Help a tired mama out!
