My Birth Story ♡

So it's finally my turn to tell you guys my birth story! Hard to believe my little man is here already. Anyways, I went in April 16th at 4am at my local hospital to be induced. Once all hooked up, I began to slowly progress and had my epidural by noon. My epidural however failed. It was only numbing the right side of my body and not numbing the areas it was suppose to. So I got to feel some pretty harsh contractions and the god awful catheter. My ob was even considering me getting a c section by how uncomfortable I was when he checked me for being dialated. I was considering it. But I stuck to my guns. 6-7pm I was dilated to a 7.5-8 and decided to have my epidural redone. Thank the Lord I did that. Otherwise I would of felt a lot more than I did. Baby boy made his entrance into the world at 1:50am on April 17th,2018. I was due on April 22nd, we decided to go ahead and induce so he wasnt over 9lbs, but he was. A whopping 9lbs 3oz. The happiest day of our lives! ♡
