Breakfast options???

Growing up, I never ate anything for breakfast so now that I'm 20 yrs old and trying to eat healthy, it's difficult because they say that "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" but I feel like I've tried everything! 😩 I've tried the breakfast smoothies, the egg whites with spinach, and I don't care too much for just eggs, and oatmeal seems to make me more hungry... I fell like I'm all out of options but I want to better my health journey. I just don't know how... any ideas?!
