Pelvic discomfort

I have been experiencing some discomfort on the left pelvic area (as if it were my left ovary) for the past couple days. I typically notice it if i lay or sit in a certain position. It's not sharp pain or anything I would even consider pain, more like a very light pressure. Today I got a bfp without a missed period yet, I'm due about Thursday or Friday. I have already scheduled an obgyn appt to get checked tomorrow. Should I be concerned this could be an ectopic pregnancy or is this normal?
