Implantation or period?? Help I’m scared

On the 15th of April, my boyfriend never penetrated in me he barely touched my entrance with his tip and it hurt and I don’t if there was precum on his tip when he did touch my entrance? We then used a condom after that but never penetrated in me.He came in my panties near my pelvis area and I wiped it away with a tissue and slept with the same panties that night.Last week I’ve experienced upper back pain,tender breast and stomach cramps. Yesterday night he dry humped me with no penetration and a condom on but nowhere near my entrance and just my clit area. Last week I did ovulate but I don’t know if it was the cervix mucus from when you get an early pregnancy.Today I got my “period” like a couple hours ago and I got brown discharge and it’s very little bleeding and I’m scared. I googled and I’m getting bad anxiety now .
