Fear of false positives

My period isn't due for a few more days, towards Thursday or Friday. I tested today with first response early detection and clearblue digital. 2 positives and the digital was negative. I plan to test tomorrow morning and I'm also going to obgyn tomorrow evening. Is there a high chance of it being a false positive or that they cannot detect anything at the doctor's yet? This is my first time ttc, looking for feedback on very early pregnancy tests.

***UPDATE*** I took two more tests-- on 5/1 and just now-- I think its safe to say I'M PREGNANT!!
