3 week old with a big appetite

So my baby boy seems like he’s always ready to eat. Don’t know if it’s a growth spurt but every time I nurse him I let him eat till he’s full then burp him and latch him on the other breast. He almost always either poops or pees as soon as he’s done. I’ll change his diaper and right when I pick him up he starts crying a lot like he’s hungry so I latch him again and he will eat like he’s starving. Does it sound like he’s not getting enough? I mean he has a good amount of wet and poopy diapers and he’s weighing 8lbs 15oz.
