Pregnant while breastfeeding?

Has anyone become pregnant while breastfeeding? I know it’s not a reliable form of birth control, but my husband and I completely forgot to use a condom last night. I haven’t had a period since before I was pregnant. Baby girl is 2.5 months old. We had a hard time getting pregnant with her, so I’m not too concerned, but I know you’re super fertile after you have a baby.

The last period I had before my son was in July 2015. Had my son October 2016, didn’t get a period til July 2017. I got pregnant November 2017 and didn’t stop breastfeeding my son til he was 15 months old (January 2018) Everyone’s different tho. My fiancé and I had the same “if it happens, it happens” mentality lol
