Menstrual Migraines
Does anyone have these? I’ve been watching my period closely and the week of ovulation all the way to the end of my period I have terrible migraines to the point where my vision gets blurry and I get nauseated. Along with terrible cramps , my periods feel like hell on earth. Menstrual migraines run in my family but my mom doesn’t get them so she doesn’t understand . Does anyone have any tips, tricks or anything to help?
