Help!!

Im waiting for my dr to call me back. I got my membrane sweep today again for the second time, I’m trying for a VBAC and I’m 39 weeks 1 day. I went to the restroom and when I wiped I had a lot of mucus brownish/red I’ve been laying down since and I’ve gotten a few contractions and i feel pressure from my daughter moving in my hips and pelvic area. Could it be I started to labor?? I was 2 cm when I left the office for a membrane sweep, came home rested then walked for about 45 minutes and took a warm shower after
