Is this normal?
It seems like about 2-3 times a year, about a week before my period, my PH balance becomes a horror story and I’m left with yeast infections/uti’s. My boyfriend and I live together, but I work nights and he works days, so we don’t have sex regularly. Maybe 3 times a week. Does anyone else have this problem and do you have any tips?
