do you feel your uterus when laying down?

when you lay down and you try to suck in your belly, can you see your uterus? can you feel it? is it hard? i'm 12weeks and can't feel it, can't see it. its all flat.. i'm wondering if something is wrong. they didnt hear the heartbeat with the doppler 2 weeks ago. i'm going for my first ultrasound in 2 days and now i'm more scared than excited...

I'm 13 weeks this is my third pregnancy.  I can definitely feel my uterus when I'm laying down. Try not to stress or worry (I know this is hard). I wish the best for you.

Is this your first pregnancy? I'm 10 weeks, I can feel my uterus when I'm lying down, but this is also my second pregnancy. With my first pregnancy, I couldn't feel ANYTHING until the 2nd trimester. Just remember that everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. Much love to you and your little one! Try not to worry and stress.
