Need help with OPK

Hi :)

I’m new here. TTC baby #2 and need help with understating opk and bbt. I took an opk test this morning and below are my results. It appears to “almost” be a positive, however, according to the app, I am not supposed to ovulate until next week. I also had a whole temp drop this morning. When do you think I will ovulate? Any feedback is appreciated.
