Back pain from epidural

8 weeks postpartum and holy hell my back is killing me. My OB prescribed me 800mg ibuprofen to take every 8 hours for pain but I’m trying to wean myself away from them because I might be pregnant again and I know ibuprofen is bad in pregnancy.

I also ibuprofen in general can’t be good to take every day for 8 weeks 😅

It’s just the spot where they gave me the epidural. My OB massaged the spot and it felt better but honestly it hurts when people touch it. I’m traumatized from it 😂
