Need opinions

I am 5 days late from starting my period. I took a test the first day and it was negative waited a couple days and took another it couldnt get a reading took one last night negative. I had my left ovary removed when I was 18 and I’m 22 now we’ve been trying to conceive for 2 years. My first gyno told me after she did my surgery I would never be able to have kids unless I did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> my new gyno sent me out for an HSG (I think that’s what it is called) and said everything looked normal and to keep trying for a year then we will look for more options. I am not and have not ever taken birth control and we never use condoms. I am praying I am pregnant but starting to lose hope due to the negative tests then also google information and said I could possibly have an ectopic pregnancy. I’m at a point I don’t know what to do or who to talk to.
