Lactating already?

So yesterday morning I woke up and when I was getting ready I noticed a white crusty substance all over my nipples, on both of them. I'll be 13 weeks this Friday. Could I already be lactating? Has this happened to anyone else?

I didn't have white but I started lactating at 10 weeks during my first pregnancy. I was at work and midday I noticed my top was oily. I had leaked from just my left breast and my entire left side was covered in oily wet. I had to stop wearing underwire in my bras and go up a cup size so I wouldn't accidentally milk myself again. My Dr said it was likely I would produce well when the time came. I did, I had a massive oversupply for months after birth.
