PCOS HELL 🤬

Am so fed up & frustrated by my cycles, I’m really struggling to pin point ovulation (if I’m even ovulating) my bbt chart doesn’t really show ovulation to me and I’m getting several positive opks throughout the month 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just started Vitex, which has really helped my acne but hasn’t regulated my cycle this month (I will continue with it)

I’m 35 and feeling like this is never going to happen for us (TTC for 9 months now)

Every.single.One of my friends has fallen pregnant the FIRST month they tried, I want to be happy for them but secretly I’m full of jealousy 😞
