Define Spotting

I took my birth control patch off Saturday night. I woke up this morning and I would say I’m spotting? I’ve had cramps off and on for days now. But only when I’m standing. It’s more or less just hunger pains that I feel. There was a drop of blood in the toilet. And a streak on the toilet paper. 2 drops on my pad. There were possibly complications with my BC this month. Could I be pregnant?
