has anyone ever donated their eggs?

Question

I’m pregnant right now so obviously I can’t do this at the moment but I’d really love to know if anyone has..
Even before pregnancy I’ve really thought about it and it’s something I’m interested in.
I’ve always had very regular periods, and I can obviously get pregnant.
It just makes me think how much I could help other women and families..
does anyone have any thoughts or anyone done this?

I’ve gone through this process! It’s very time consuming and strict. Lots of blood tests, ultrasounds, dr appointments etc. weight requirements, degree requirements, they judge off your looks (at least, the agency I went through did.) 
I ended up getting rejected after the blood work came back because I supposedly have a gene that could cause spinibifita (spelling?) if mixed with a father who shares the same gene. 
They did pay for all of my dr appointments and I was told I would be reimbursed for gas but I never was.
Wish I could be more help- but thought this was better than nothing :)

My SIL has donated a lot of her eggs. I know the process is a little crazy like injecting yourself with hormones I could never do that.. but I heard they pay you pretty good! I have no kids yet and am not TTC and just turned 30 so I want all of my eggs.
