This may be a dumb question...
So this might be TMI, but each time it’s my period I have two full days of the icky brown discharge (the old blood from the last period). Sometimes I have to wear tampons to prevent destroyed undies, and other times it’s only there when I wipe. Then after those two days I get the actual blood of AF.
My question is, do you log that first day of the discharge as day 1 of your period or would you log it as the day the actual blood shows up?
