Unsure

Last month my period was late for 5 days which is unusual. It came on, on the 6th day and I bled for 3 days.. then I was experiencing extreme breast soreness, feeling little nausea, cramps and waking up a lot to use the restroom. I took a test and it was negative. My breast are still sore, nipples are very very sensitive and I’ve been actually throwing up. I think I had what is called implantation bleeding about a week ago (it was a light brown discharge and only a small amount) and now I feel slight cramps. My period is due in 2 days.. could I be pregnant??
