Could I be pregnant?

I was shown to ovulate on the 23-25th. On On the 20th my bf ejaculated via bj. I wipped my hand on the couch/my shirt then rubbed my clit on top of my panties then the bare clit itself. the 27th (10 days before period) I was kneeling in front of my bf. He ejaculated and I dont know if any landed on my nylon/cotton panties, but it did land on my arm and face. If the semen did it landed on the panty part covering my pubic hair/clit could it seep through and get me pregnant? On the 28th I noticed I had creamy cm and cervix was in the low/meduim postion. It is the 1st and my cervix is very low and my cm is dry/ a little creamy. I start the 7th-9th.
