Is goats milk good for your skin?

I use goats milk soap and hot water on my face and it surprisingly doesn’t dry my skin out 😬 is this normal for the soap or am I ruining my face

My dermatologist actually recommended using goat’s milk soap for my eczema and it worked wonders, so I think it should be okay!
