Medications
Im 17 weeks pregnant and I’m an RN. I frequently handle medications in people’s homes. Last week I unknowingly handled a chemo med for prostate cancer in pill form. I called my OB and she said it’s not likely that I absorbed the med at all but I’m still freaking out. I was filling a pill box for someone and wasn’t wearing gloves. Obviously in the future I will be more careful and wear gloves. Anyone else experience this!?
