PCOS help

So earlier this year I was wondering why I still hadn't gotten a natural period after stopping birth control in October so my Dr ordered some hormone blood tests to be done and based off those in February I was diagnosed with PCOS. makes sense why I hadn't had a period in a while. my 2nd cousin also has pcos and has a 1 year old and she told me about acupuncture. my first attempt of trying to stimulate my ovaries didn't work so she put me on progesterone cream and I had a period 2 weeks ago. And took ovulation tests twice daily and according to her and others I'm now 9 dpo. So if you are trying something that's not working I would recommend acupuncture. it's a more natural approach to it (not against other suggestions from my Dr but for myself I wanted to try to help) plus my Dr is saying go for it and try. btw my 2nd cousin got pregnant 3 months after starting acupuncture. not saying it will be that fast for everyone but it gives us hope!
