Implanon Implant

so im really new to being on the implant birth control and im a bit concerned in periods. i had the implant in for 2 weeks and i didnt get anything then i got my period when i was meant too (cause i was told to finish off my last two weeks of my pill packet) and it did last a week then it normally stopped again for like 4 days and ive started again and ive had it for another week and im just becoming concerned that its not going to stop. should i go see a doctor? did anyone else have this problem and did it go away? i really dont want to be stuck with this shit 😂 side note: during this time spotting and slowly getting heavier some days its really red and some days you can tell its old blood cause its brown sorry for the too much info
