Cramping 2 DPO

Hi, I have a 9 year old daughter & in 22 days, an 11 year old son by my ex husband.

I’ve had 4 miscarriages within the past 2 years with my current husband. Dr helped me to get pregnant with my son & my daughter just happened naturally. The same Dr is still working with me now. I just got done taking my Letrozole. Dr said I had 3 follicles on each side but only 1 was mature so I took my HCG shot last Monday & have been doing the BD like he said. I had my peak day 3 days ago & ovulated 2 days ago according to Glow but now I’m cramping, is that a good sign it’s planting?
