Active duty and pregnant

Do any of you who are active duty find it difficult dealing with how the military manages our pregnancy? I can only be seen by the couple of providers on base and we don't have a birthing center so we have to go out in town to the hospital for the birth, all while they are pushing C sections on you. No opportunity for something like a water birth or having a midwife or Doula.... I feel stuck! I want to have a beautiful experience, not one stuffed up in a hospital bed. 🙄😣
