When did you move in?

Just for fun and to see others answers, when did everyone move in with their S/O. Whether it be boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife. When did you all make that step to move in together?

When we got married.

I refused to move in unless there was a serious commitment, either engagement or marriage. Not just a serious relationship that's easier to walk away from. We moved in together after getting engaged and only because I moved to the state he was in.

My boyfriend and I are together for 6 years and 6 months and we don’t live together. I live alone and I love it! I think my individuality is very important and so is he’s. Actually, I don’t plan to move in together anytime soon, if ever. But , in general, I would advise wait at least 3 years, but each relationship is unique. :)

When we got engaged and had a wedding date planned. We got married 6 month later and we had been dating for 1.5 years. Like the previous poster said- I played wife one to many times and wasn’t going to do it again.

We were dating for about 3 years long distance before we moved in together,had met each other a few time before in person I made the choice to fly a few states over and live with him. Now we are going on 4 years together and married with a baby on the way.
