Out before it really began

Well I had my annual pap last week, they called this morning and said my pH balance was high and that they were putting me on antibiotics to help lower it. However I did lots of research seeing as this is the first time I’ve ever been told this, and it seems that the acid will most likely kill all the sperm before it gets to the egg. Has anyone had this happen to them and still ended up conceiving? I literally just finished my fertile week and was really hoping this was our month. But now I feel like I’m out before it really even began 😔 I guess we will wait and see and if not hope for next month!
