ugh someone help

Okay so I know at this point I need to go to the doctors for my problem. I cant empty my bladder completely, it hurts and its very uncomfortable its been like this for a few weeks now.

My problem is I don't have a primary doctor, I was told I can make an appointment at a doctors office because that's where my insurance goes throw but I dont have a doctor. But a friemd of mine called to get their appointment and they said they needed a primary doctor first. I read that it could take weeks to get one and I need help now.

I dont wanna call the doctors office and them make me feel stupid for wanting to set up an appointment but not having a doctor but my dad keeps telling me to call and set one up.

I just want it too stop what do I do????!!!
