Wondering what’s your thoughts are

So I have been feel super sick in the mornings and late at night, always in the bathroom, very sore boobs, not really hungry but when I am I’m craving something,super emotional, fiancé says nipples are hard and super sensitive, started a little cold, and had bleeding a couple days but very little, taken 3 test all negative. These are come of my symptoms could I be prego and it’s just not showing in a test yet? This has stated almost a month ago. I have asked about all this on other pages and girls were very rude to me.
