Pregnancy and Bladder Issues

I’m 16.5 weeks pregnant and within the last week I’m having issues when I sneeze or cough, a bit of pee comes out! I’ve never had that issue before so I was wondering if anyone else was having similar issues. I’ve been drinking more water but I don’t think that would make a difference.
