Pregnant?

The beginning of April I stopped taking my birth control pills. I got my withdraw bleeding for a couple days. Then my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on April 14th & 15th. He did not ejaculate in me, he says he didn’t and we both saw it. I know since I stopped taking the pill my cycle is all messed up. Well I figured out when my period was supposed to come and it hasn’t come. I’ve taken two pregnancy tests, they both came out negative. I took those last week. I am experiencing sore boobs, and just my normal before period symptoms. Wouldn’t the test be accurate by now if I was pregnant?
