OUCH, Nipple Pain

Maybe a TMI, but I need help ladies. During my regular cycles I never have any pains in my breasts. But I am currently 10 DPO, and my nipple... not the whole breast, just the nipple... hurts so bad. This may be dramatic but it feels itchy, and is constantly hard. Has anyone else experienced this? Or have any ideas on how to help the annoyance? 😅
