So for the past couple of months I’ve been getting a yeast infection monthly. I went to the doctors a couple of time but they told me nothing was wrong. But I kept getting them. I kept trying to do research on why I was getting them, I read that it could be my pills, detergent or my tight clothes..

but this past month I did not use any tampons just to see if that was the cause of it and to my surprise I did not get an infection this month ! I usually get them a few days after my period but I didnt this time, and I was sooo glad, i felt like a little kid in a candy store, extremely happy! Lol

So now my question is are there any brand of tampons that you gals recommend or maybe I was leaving them in for too long ? Idk any advice helps !!
