13w 4d cramps?

Hey ladies. Just wanting to reach out here and see if any of you have experienced mild cramping around 14 weeks? No bleeding or anything but the cramps are directly below my tummy and they hurt incredibly bad. 
Without bleeding, is this something to be concerned with? I looked into round ligament pain and it doesn’t seem like that’s what this is. I see my doctor again on May 7th so I can check on our boy then, but I’m really nervous in the meantime after 2 miscarriages back to back. :(
Please tell me this is normal?

Most of my cramps are related to constipation and digestive things...could it be that?

It’s could be digestion/constipation or uterus is still stretching for the baby. I get the cramps every now in then too and I’m at 13 weeks as well

I get cramps too, I’m assuming mine are associated with the round ligament stretching (this is my 3rd pregnancy). My cramps will also be pretty low below my stomach and sometimes they hurt so bad that I have to stop for a minute until it goes away.

I’m having quite painful cramps every now and then too. Personally I’m quite happy I still got cramps as I feel reassured that the pregnancy continues fine. Good luck xx
